It makes you feel blissful and stress-free inside where you can explore the depths of your own consciousness.

Full chakra balance from root to crown using specialized Solfeggio harmonics in multiple octaves. Each chakra goes for 7 minutes. If you are not sure about chakras they are energetic centers in the body that associate to different frequencies and organs. These chakras can go out of balance due to situations in our daily lives, for example if someone has an emotional trauma, their heart chakra may not function fully for a while and requires healing. Below you will find a brief description of each chakra.

Navel Chakra - 07:00

Sanskrit: Swadhisthana
Location: 2 Inches below belly button
Color: Orange
Functions: Sexuality, creativity, emotions
Physical: Female reproductive organs, kidneys
Out of Balance: Negative emotions, low sexuality, lack of enthusiasm

Solar Plexus Chakra 14:00

Sanskrit: Manipura
Location: Solar Plexus, between heart and belly button
Color: Yellow
Functions: Personal power, mental clarity, self esteem, digestion
Physical: Digestive organs, andrenals, breath, skin
Out of Balance: Depression, jealousy, exhaustion, self-sabotage, fear, anxiety

Functions: Compassion, empathy, relationships, and love (this chakra connects the lower and upper 3 chakras)

Location: Center of Throat/Neck
Color: Blue
Functions: Self-Expression, communication, creativity, independence, lucid dreaming
Physical: Thyroid, ears, muscles, nerves, throat
Out of Balance: Bad communication, not allowing to do something, mental confusion

Third Eye Chakra - 35:00

Sanskrit: Ajna
Location: Between Eyebrows - Center forehead
Color: Indigo
Functions: Intuition, spirituality, vision, spirit, psychic abiltiies
Physical: Brain, pineal and pituitary glands, eyes
Out of Balance: Fatigue, lack of assertiveness, inability to listen, not trusting intution

Crown Chakra - 42:00

Sanskrit: Sahasrara
Location: Top of head - crown
Color: Purple/White
Functions: High consciousness, out of body travel, meditation, subconscious, self realization
Physical: Brain, central nervous system, endocrine system, pituitary gland
Out of Balance: Migraines and headaches, mental imbalances, mood swings, boredom, frustration

Instructions:

1) Turn on headphones or speakers and tune in

2) The video plays the chakras from root to crown, so whatever chakra is being played, focus on the frequencies going into that location, you can also visualize the color of the chakra

3) Breath deeply into the chakra you are meditating upon, starting with the base, each time the sound goes quiet, it will move onto the next chakra.
