This Binaural + Isochronic Session is a powerful relaxation and grounding entrainment. It will relax you deeply, bring you down to earth, and revitalize your energy - important for people who's jobs involve a lot of thinking. It also contains solfeggio frequency 396hz for "Liberating Guilt and Fear". It is in the Low-Alpha 8hz range which is linked to the root chakra, along with 396hz and 99hz. The Isochronics are set to 285hz which associates with "Quantum Re-membering" and the Earth Star. So enjoy this session! :D

Headphones will have greatest effect, but are not required.

Instructions:

1) Sit in a chair with your back upright, feet planted on the ground, put on your headphones.

2) Focus all your attention on the sounds as they will bring you into the Alpha brainwave state for peace and relaxation, feel your body from the inside out.

3) Breath deeply all the way down to the base of your spine, and try to keep your attention in that area, you may visualize a red glowing orb there if you'd like.
