This session is specially designed unwinding and releasing for sleep. It begins at Beta (active thinking) and slowly winds all the way down to Low Theta over the course of the first 20 minutes. Throughout the video there are waves, starting with a nature stream, then when you hear the gong the 741hz begins, after a minute or so going back to the stream.

741hz is an ancient Solfeggio sound that associates with the intuition and the Throat Chakra, so right-brained creative for dreaming. When you hear the gong, allow your thoughts to fade, and sink into your creative side. Meanwhile the Binaural Beats will be working to slow down your brainwaves. The Throat Chakra is the most important for dreaming and soul journeying, by stimulating it the chances of had vivid or lucid dreams is significantly increased.

Instructions:

1. Lay down in a comfortable position with your headphones on and play the session

2. Really feel into the sounds, allow them to do their work

3. Breath all the way down into your lower belly, and relax - letting go of the day's stress. Keep breathing into your belly, if you loose concentration, just bring your attention back to the breath

For Lucid Dreaming - Set your intention to lucid dream, then follow the above instructions, you may use this session for the WILD or MILD techniques.
