This session is specially designed for mental clarity and emotional well-being. It helps to alleviate confusion and stress from the mind, while soothing any emotional turbulence. Tuning into the favorite Alpha 10hz brainwave state of clarity and bliss. Breath deeply and enjoy nature soundscapes combined with warm pads and ancient frequencies to enter a clear meditative state.

The Isochronic tones are set to 213hz which is the "body tuner" solfeggio frequency which associates with balance and harmony within the mind and the third eye chakra. 852hz is the same note but played of a higher octave which is tuned to the energy body (Returning to Spiritual Order) opposed to the physical. 444hz is a powerful frequency that is very healing, it is also grounding - bringing the mind "down to earth".

Instructions:

1. Sit down in a comfortable position with the back straight and both feet planted on the ground you may also lay down but try not to fall asleep

2. Play the video and tune your ears into the repeating isochronic tones, that is the speed your brainwaves will sync with

3. Breath deeply into your stomach through your nose, and then out the mouth letting your thoughts slowly dissolve with the breath, try to maintain this during the session.
